School plans, teacher group plans, individual English classes, class packages, and other educational services may be invoiced separately depending on the service requested.
When an invoice is issued, the invoice clearly identifies the educational service or access plan purchased, the amount due, and the applicable payment terms.
Delivery of Services
Digital Curriculum Access
Digital curriculum subscriptions provide online access to Super English ESL educational materials through the customer's account. There are no physical goods shipped for curriculum memberships.
Teacher Group Plans
Teachers participating in a group plan receive individual or group-managed access to the Super English ESL platform according to the terms of the group's agreement. Access is delivered electronically.
Online English Classes
English-language classes are provided online at the dates and times agreed upon between the student and teacher. Students may purchase individual classes or class packages where offered.
